    1. The French version was the original perhaps that`s why. I like to practise with haiku in French too although it is not my mother tongue. Thanks so much for your kind words. With a name like Chèvrefeuille, I would think you do understand French, right? even if it is a pseudonym…

      1. Les Pays Bas is the name of an old Quebecois story. I have an idea for a Tanka for “kissing” …the haiku seems to just leave us hanging…would that be okay?
