sweetened with love (haibun-Haiga festival)

Since I received a belated birthday bouquet of roses today, it is only common sense to write about that. After all, we are far from seeing any budding blossoms here and these are my first flowers of 2015.  The fragrance of roses is that much sweeter when given with love from a child…another special day.

    1. I’m noticing as Mu family goes through the stages of grief these last few months how anger is a powerful emotion some stay stuck in I wonder if there is relation in people who feel they have lost so much. I cannot see how war is a rational decision and sadder still are innocent bystanders stuck in the middle literally dodging bullets.
