A little bit about moi:
I am a mom, a nana, a sister, a woman, a friend, a human being…a youth counsellor, Family Life Educator.
I have been working in the helping profession for over 25 years and volunteered in various capacities from youths to seniors.
Tournesol is my nom de plume for haiku and other Japanese form poetry here at Tournesoldansunjardin https://cheryllynnroberts.wordpress.com I hope you enjoy reading through my daily waka.
I also have another blog "Stop the Stigma" where I may stand on my soapbox now and then and hope it will become a place to drop in and share or comment on issues important to you. In that vein this could be a great way to learn from each other.

Ha! I love this song. Can’t help but to bop to it in the car when it comes on the radio. 😀 Your haibun is perfect for it, Cheryl Lynn! Great to have another participant for the prompt. 😀

Now this is fun!! I used to choose a song or music video every Thursday when I started my weekend on Traces, now I have a great prompt to remind me to share on Sunday to add music to my first day of my work week and add some life to Silent Sunday 😉

Hi Cheryl-Lynn! It’s so great to have a new participant this week. This song is definitely a happy-go-lucky song. Exactly what I was looking for when I posted the prompt. I hope you’ll stick around to post more amazing music next week! 😀

Thank you, I will indeed if I cannot slip in a haiku (which Tournesol is all about) I will post it on my other blog at Traces where I used to post music regularly. I am quite pleased to have a fun prompt to add to my list:)
