I grin at their pompous air
honey bees surrender

enticing tansies
along my stroll through the brush
catch my attention

I grin at their pompous air
each yellow blossom
flighty pom-poms

pure surrender
sipping the sweetness
of nectar

  1. Nothing better than being in nature … except air conditioning in 100 degree temperatures. These verses are beautifully in tune with nature.
