A Cherita-

rocking by the window, looking at her sleepy friend,

lazy Sunday afternoon
huddled in her wool shawl

steady swish of passing cars
together with the steady rainfall
rhythm of a lullaby

    1. It was actually. I think that’s why when my son dropped by he thought I had just got out of bed but it was the mesmerizing feel of the moment.
