Missing you tonight
wishing I were still a babe
nursing at your breast.

Life was so simple
not a worry filled my head
bliss was just ‘being’.

Innocent infants
Bulbs awaiting spring to bud
Life embarks anew.

  1. What a great team! Mom and daughter… Lately I’ve been thinking about my long parted mom… Moms are the only ones who will defend you no matter what..
