stares in his sandbox
eager ants

tickled, he giggles

I have ants in my house right now, and I can’t say that I share the little boy’s eagerness! Well, I AM eager to get rid of them!

Haha! I totally understand.I have ant traps around my apartment. That haiku was reminiscing of tomes when my soon was little. He would cry if someone stepped on an ant by mistake.

Delightful … such fun with the little creatures … though I must admit I prefer the ants definately outside … ran into some fire ants when I was 5 and the beasties don’t delight me :-).

I love these haiku about ants Cheryl Lynn … my grandson of 6 is an ant-lover … he is always on search for those little rascalls.

Then you know…my grandson does not share the same sensitivity as his uncle, I’m afraid…he scoffs at this idea.
