I have been working in the helping profession for over 25 years and volunteered in various capacities from youths to seniors.

Ah gee, it looks pretty scary in the US right now; we watch from here as what ever happens to our neighbours, if they have a cold, we cough.

I don’t have tv except one channel I stream which is Montreal and Ottawa, but Im sure I will see some from my son’s facebook page.

The first primaries are going to be Feb 1 and Feb 9. Those will be very important and telling. Everything is really heating up.

I love the poem. The imagery and words are so powerful. If you have honor, tell the truth, and stop the fight the wind will be at your back and propel you forward. So true.

You know you have done the right thing when you speak the truth. A nice turnaround from the shadorma to the tanka. A good exercise in experimentation and expression. Love both poems. – jk
