I can certainly empathise – that mallet is inescapable especially at night when the rest of the world seems to be peaceful and asleep

I don’t suffer with chronic pain but with anxiety issues and I can relate to these feelings. You really capture the feelings!

Yes, it is a torture to experience migraine at night. ‘A splitting headache’ really splits.

    When I first started my blog at Traces I went through lots of tough times and it`s amazing how I wrote, I was surprised with what I was capable of writing…well, it wasn’t me actually it was my muse or angel, not sure, that took over.
