Daily moments, Haibun, Waka 1 Minute

It was raining outside and to add sunshine in her home, she put on  jazz. Listening to Andrea Motis and her band made the apartment glow.

Random thoughts were running through her mind. Spring cleaning was well overdue and an excellent way to work through the cobwebs of her brain. There was therapy in clearing closets.

showers clear debris
season’s past washing away
open to rebirths

  1. It always has been a therapy for me to clean. Through the years therapists have been like exterminators. Lots of dead spiders and not nearly so many cobwebs to clean.

      2. That’s why I keep them in sight because I live in an apartment and hopefully will buy a small condo…so I don’t want to have to go through that stuff in a hurry later.
