I am a mom, a nana, a sister, a woman, a friend, a human being…a youth counsellor, Family Life Educator.
I have been working in the helping profession for over 25 years and volunteered in various capacities from youths to seniors.

Yes, that is part and parcel of who we are. I admit though that when I hit 50 it increased so much and I remember telling my mom…no, apologizing to her for thinking she was a bit of a nag always praying for me, worrying about me. It increases so much when our children leave home…who knew? That was NOT in the Parenting Workbook!!
