weeping willow

standing guard,
the weeping willow flaunts
the floral garden

I breath in nature,
the weeping willow shows off
a crow caws

Thanks, cara, that second one was my first write actually:) I am sort of anxious to see the crows now….only see and hear those loud seagulls. There a so many hanging out at Loblaws (grocery) …wonder if they are looking for specials:)

Willows do look rather show-offy, I guess!

I wonder if showing off is what willows do best?

I think they are impressionable and other trees must feel they are flaunting:)

The first haiku is SO elegant – and the second really classical, using such nice technique

A willow guarded my first garden! Your words bring that memory to my mind!

I’m so glad, Janice. Every summer I take photos of my friend’s home with so many trees, gardens and mountains. I call her place AnaSpa (her name is Annette) Hope you are having a great day.
