Senryû, Solo no Renga 1 Minute

dead silence hangs
deafening
her heart stops beating

holding her breath she heeds
not even the cat purrs

leaves
at a standstill
waiting for a breeze

    1. It has been cooler than usual but I am so happy. 25C seems nice! You are very north though aren’t you? Although I would love to visit Amma at her ashram in Kerala I don’t think I could stand the heat. Perhaps some day I can visit the Northern part of India and Nepal.
